2012 also saw Pional grace Talabot’s acclaimed debut album “Fin” on the tracks ‘Destiny’ and ‘So Will Be Now’ – the latter, another gem in an ever expanding catalogue that has won the approval of James Holden, James Murphy and Tim Sweeney (Beats In Space) to name a few. Not content with success on wax, Pional was an integral part of Talabot’s celebrated live show that opened for The xx and toured the US & Europe throughout 2012 with the performance featuring prominently in Resident Advisor’s “Top 20 live acts of 2012”. Now firmly an electronic mainstay and top- billing DJ in his own right, Pional returned to his Lost Scripts alias with Talabot to release his debut EP on Young Turks in 2014. The same year he wrote a song for the Divina Pastora Marathon in Valencia (Spain); released a collaborative EP with Henry Saiz; and unveiled a slew of edits of Little Dragon, Rosie Lowe, Jessie Ware, Empress Of and more, including Jamie xx the following year.
